Job Summary: This position is responsible for ensuring that compliance operations activities are performed in accordance with customer and Company standards and specification.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret construction drawings and radio frequency data sheets to create scopes of work
  • Determine the radio frequency exposure safety needs, order radio frequency simulation reports, and submit to the customer
  • Ensure proper installation of radio frequency safety remediation signage and barriers
  • Create radio frequency safety audit packages
  • Review tape drops to ensure that they comply with the pre-construction approval
  • Submit post-construction notifications
  • Conduct final quality control checks of all final compliance deliverables
  • Complete remediation requirements on job sites per customer directives
  • Other duties as assigned

Education

Qualifications

  • Associate''''s Degree (A.A.) in related field or equivalent work experience

Experience

  • Minimum of four years of relevant wireless experience and general understanding of wireless networks

Technical Skills

  • Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Acrobat Pro
  • Working knowledge of standards and regulations in tower industry
  • Experience with Zoho preferred

Soft Skills

  • Highly organized and detail orientated
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing
  • Must have a valid driver''''s license and driving record that meets Company requirements
  • May be required to work long and unpredictable hours
  • Must be willing to travel out of market/state as needed
  • Ability to work outside in various weather conditions up to 70% of the time
  • Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer up to 30% of the time
