Job Description

This position is the link between the company's loan management platform – Margill, and the individual brands and departments. This role will support the Franchise Administration and Compliance department with the setup and maintenance of payment plans on the loan management platform, auditing functions and special programs.

Responsibilities

  • Setup, maintenance and auditing of payment plans, promissory notes and settlement agreements in the loan management system and other franchise administered systems.
  • Perform routine system data validations in support of audit requests for the organization
  • Assist Audit team with bank statement analysis and data entry needs
  • Monitor the initial set up of franchise agreements in the franchise administered systems.
  • Audit and maintain the accuracy of the franchise administered system working with the various divisions of the company.
  • Monitor, maintain and audit reports created by the business
  • Maintain and utilize franchise administered systems to track contractual obligations and follow up to ensure timely performance and adherence to terms
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts in support of issue resolution of the franchise administered systems
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including special projects, as deemed necessary.

  • Some understanding of financials, financial reporting and business systems.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment

  • Familiarity with contract documents and terms, with an ability to identify and summarize material terms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Corporate legal, project management, financial or systems experience preferred but not required
  • 1-2 years' experience
