About The Role

The Signifyd Growth Marketing team is looking for a Customer Marketing Specialist to join its growing team. Empowering and leveraging customer advocates and content is significant to Signifyd growth ambitions, and we are looking for a talented individual to help manage, grow and leverage our customer champions and success story content online, at events, with analysts, peers and more. The Marketing Specialist will report to Signifyd’s Head of Customer Marketing Manager.

What You’ll Be Working On

 

    • Build the reference pipeline by working with customer-facing teams to nominate new advocates
    • Manage the global Reference Management system, ensuring it is current and responding to requests promptly
    • Manage the Customer Engagement platform, ensuring new collateral is updated and customer champions are engaged
    • Manage brand reputation on 3rd party review sites such as G2 Crowd and Gartner Peer Insights Identify and match customer advocates for participation in events, awards, and campaigns; draft speaking abstracts as needed
    • Work with Analyst Relations to identify customers for AR activities; monitor and organize AR reports
    • Promote and repurpose customer success content internally, online and in social media; train internal sales team on the use of customer content
    • Define and measure success indicators for customer marketing and content

a Little Bit About You

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 1-2 years of marketing experience, ideally in a B2B setting; Customer marketing experience a definite plus
    • Demonstrated success in developing relationships with customers and customer-facing teams
    • Experience and comfort with using data analytics to demonstrate the effectiveness of marketing activities
    • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills who can drive projects from start to finish
    • Ability to work effectively with a variety of colleagues across many functions around the globe, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong attention to detail and work ethic
    • Experience with Office software; Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, and Influitive a definite plus.
    • Working knowledge of major social media outlets (Twitter, Xing, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube)
    • Native or fluent in English
