As the eCommerce Operations Specialist, you will be a key player in the operation and organization of the Western Digital store. The role will consist of worldwide forecasting for the entire store as well as handling customer service escalations from the customer support team.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Develop a WW forecasting process for the Western Digital Store.
  • Manage all forecasting activities at the SKU level.
  • Assist brand managers on recommendations with the promotional forecast.
  • Work in a cross-functional environment for purchase order creation.
  • Expedite and confirm deliveries as needed.
  • Answer customer service related escalations (Tier 3).
  • Process customer return requests.
  • Review credit card fraud on a daily basis.
  • Assist with gathering content for new product introduction.
  • Load new content and part numbers in the store catalog. 


  • 2-3 years of experience working in large cross-functional environments with a high concentration of eCommerce.
  • Passionate about the customer experience and purchasing journey.
  • Knowledge about the digital world and how retail is transforming into the digital space.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the company and end customers.
  • Must be high energy, hands-on, creative thinking and risk-taking individual.
  • Comfortable in a fast paced ever changing environment.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel.
  • Domestic and international travel may be required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
