We are looking for Fraud Business Analyst.

Location: San Francisco, CA

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:


  • Applying business analysis best and industry practices, obtain, define, analyze, prioritize, and document business and system requirements working with cross-functional teams, and communicate requirements to solution providers.
  • Perform data analysis on payments, mobile device, online banking, and customer data.
  • Identify and report data quality issues, and assist in resolution.
  • Facilitate testing; including but not limited to drafting test plans and test cases, manage user acceptance testing, review QA test plans, and interface between development and QA teams.
  • Prepare data mapping documents and Traceability Matrix.
  • Identify, track, document, and manage issues, constraints, assumptions, and constraints.

Key Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience conducting business analysis, system analysis, and documenting requirements.
  • Must have minimum of 3 years’ experience working with real-time payments.
  • Must have experience in fraud deduction and reporting.
  • Experience working on fraud control requirement (case management, fraud reporting and investigation)
  • Experience leading JAD sessions, writing requirements, and leading and conducting UAT.
  • Experience with process and data flow creation, basic data modeling, and business process improvement and innovation.
  • Expertise in relational databases, and the ability to write and execute SQL queries.
  • Strong communication (presentation and verbal) and project management discipline.
