We are seeking a talented Product Coordinator to oversee and support Product Office operational activities and initiatives. Reporting directly to the Product Office, this position facilitates planning, coordination and implementation of ongoing product initiatives.

What You Can Look Forward to

  • Leads the facilitation of the project lifecycle used by Product to deliver multiple project initiatives such as internal initiatives, major and minor enhancements, card product enhancements, industry and regulatory requirements.
  • Partners with the product manager to ensure delivery of product line enhancements and new products using a team approach to meet strategic objectives.
  • Facilitates communication and/or discussions as needed between all parties to ensure timely and accurate information exchange.
  • Delivers effective, accurate and consistent communication to the product team, senior leadership team, internal stakeholders and vendors.
  • Oversees various meetings, conferences, conference calls and presentations. Tracks tasks, timelines, costs and issues.
  • Proactively owns and executes essential tasks in support of the Product Office.
  • Proactively pursues development opportunities that support knowledge growth.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field, plus three years' experience in the payments industry or equivalent training and/or experience.
  • Solid understanding and knowledge of the financial services industry, preferably credit unions and payments industry.
  • Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills in an evolving industry and adapt effectively to change.
  • Independent critical thinking skills and ability to proactively anticipate and problem solve.
  • Strong verbal reasoning skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with delivery for all defined milestones and objectives.
  • Must demonstrate drive, initiative and commitment in supporting Product Office goals and objectives.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM platforms and related internal tools.
  • Ability to work independently, collectively and in a team environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
