The Professional Services Consultant is a member of our consulting group that delivers configurable solutions and the support of the solutions to our end-user customers and partners. The Professional Services Consultant is represented to our Partners and End Users as being the subject matter expert in the configuration and customization of all Kofax products.

The Professional Services Consultant Must Be Able To

    • Deliver Kofax solutions to customer based on a requirements document
    • Provide technical leadership to the customer on the Kofax solution as configured to the customer’s requirements
    • Work closely with the project manager to keep projects on schedule and within budget
    • Function as the Kofax subject matter expert when onsite at the customer’s location
    • Work independently in developing a solution per the customer’s requirements
    • Document all customer-specific configurations
    • Install Kofax configuration on the customer’s hardware. Includes installation of Kofax in a highly available configuration and disaster recovery.

Required Skills

    • Consultancy experience with SQL Server, Oracle or DB2
    • experience with Java
    • Enterprise content management experience
    • Banking / Financial Services experience is required
    • Signature or check fraud prevention management experience is required ( no exceptions)
