Responsibilities:

 

  • You are the accountable technical interface between BICS’ Customers in Latin America region and the BICS sales organisation.
  • You are accountable for the Customers’ technical life-cycle (pre-sales, fulfilment, post-implementation).
  • You propose and agree a high-level design for all the products and services BICS offers to their Customers (Roaming, Mobile Data, Voice, …). You optimize the existing interconnections in accordance with the network topology evolution and in line with the Customers’ requirements and network costs.
  • You collect and assemble all Customers’ technical requirements from a technological and topological perspective.
  • You manage the structural issues of Customers’ interconnections and take the necessary steps to strengthen the resilience of the different services.
  • You take necessary measures to identify and improve possible weaknesses.

 

Your Profile:

  • You have a relevant and broad technical experience in the international telecommunication business and in operating Mobile Networks that involves IPX, Messaging (SMS/MMS), Signalling, LTE …
  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science or Engineering from an accredited University.
  • You have proven experience in complex project management.
  • You are fluent in English and Spanish.
  • You are available to travel (10 to 15% of the time) within the Region to meet Customers and support the sales organization.
  • You can develop and maintain long-term and trusty relationship with your Customers.
  • You can easily communicate with customers and represent BICS’ interests during negotiations with third parties.
  • You have very good presentation skills, and you can easily cope with different cultural specificities in a multicultural, innovative and changing environment.
  • You are Customer focused, result oriented and stress resistant.
