Role Overview

The GAT Risk Management Operations team is seeking an energetic, versatile Risk Management Analyst to help expand our Enterprise Risk Management program. This includes: assist in developing, documenting and implementing enhancements to the existing framework and associated processes; interacting with all levels of risk management teams and business stakeholders; developing and executing implementation plans for new processes; reviewing risks and issues for accuracy and completeness; assist in reviewing and maintaining the content of the risk and issue registers; and collaborating with audit teams and other assurance providers to help them leverage the framework processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement framework for collaboration between different risk management teams (1st, 2nd and 3rd Lines of Defense)
  • Recommend enhancements to existing Risk Management framework and implementation processes
  • Develop and manage Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and risk management metrics and reporting
  • Drive continuous improvement in risk management programs, and develop subject matter expertise of tools used to monitor and report on risks
  • Help execute the Dell annual Risk Assessment process, aligning to the risk and control universe, and enterprise requirements and expectations
  • Enable internal business teams with enterprise risk management (ERM) training, communication, and guidance
  • Other projects as assigned based on needs of business

Essential Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Risk Management or Internal Audit
  • 3+ years hands-on in building out Risk Management programs/practices
  • Strong relationship, interpersonal, negotiation, communication, presentation, documentation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to act independently, take initiative and drive tasks and issues to resolution
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Bachelor’s degree

Desirable Requirements

  • Enterprise Risk Management certifications (CERA, CRM, PRM, CIA, CISA, CMA, etc.)
  • Business Process Improvement—Yellow/Green Belt
  • Experience delivering risk management at the program or strategic level
  • Experience working in a complex multi-national business environment
  • RSA Archer or other ERM Platform
  • Bachelor’s degree in Risk, Finance or Accounting discipline preferred
