The CISO (Chief Information Security Office) team, including the regional teams, drives business unit-wide security and fraud management change and focuses on rolling out Security and Anti-Fraud standards policies, facilitating training awareness, fraud management, security advisory and scenario analysis. The objective of the CISO team is to ensure that business strategy and Information Security and Fraud management implementation are aligned on an ongoing basis taking into account applicable security threats, market best practices, risk appetite and cost targets. Job description Provide security fraud management advice to Business Unit in the region Participate in innovation projects to secure adequate Security requirements are incorporated Determine impact of security threats for region, translation of these in practical measures and monitors implementation throughout the regions Manage communication on Security and Fraud Management Create and hold Awareness sessions for business teams Execute APT scenario analyses together business and IT Security team and monitors red teaming activities Interact with IT Security team to align activities, share content knowledge and issue pragmatic solutions Assist business with 3rd party contracting holding Security and Fraud management requirements Customer communication on Security and Fraud management Regulatory and legal contact person in case of issues, audits, new regulations Provide necessary security and anti-fraud reporting Delivers input to CISO and CSI Standards Policies en monitors roll-out of IT Security and Anti-Fraud Standards Policies within the region Assists with building and maintaining security guild with IT Security team Skills required Bachelor level with relevant certifications At least 5 years of experience in Consultancy andor Management role At least 10 years in Cyber Security and preferably also in Fraud management Experience in working in an international environment. Familiar with non-financial risk models and threat assessments. Can architect solutions to address specific security fraud management needs, arrange buy-in from stakeholders and be instrumental in the roll-out. Able to level, communicate and educate on both Senior Management and Expert engineering level Excellent and convincing communication, writing reporting skills in English.
