ABOUT US: Strategy & Operations (S&O) provide insight & thought leadership across Twitter Platform Engineering and Product teams, drive cross functional alignment of goals, and help teams execute more effectively.


  • Partner with product, engineering & cross-functional teams to set, track and manage progress against OKRs. As part of this, you’ll be aligning functions on shared vision, OKRs, metrics, etc.
  • Collaborate with Platform leadership to drive strategic planning and run core operations/business cadence
  • Coordinate with other internal supporting functions (e.g. Finance, HR, Marketing etc.) to understand dependencies and executing strategies to enable better cross-functional teaming
  • Leverage a wealth of qualitative data and apply a quantitative lens to inform and influence product decisions and strategy
  • Partner with the leadership and their extended teams to drive the communication and execution within the organization
  • Lead short-term deep dives and cross-functional project teams to structure and execute analyses needed to develop recommendations. Lead critical projects based on emergent business needs.

Minimum Qualification

  • BA/BS degree, MBA
  • 10+ years experience preferably with 5+ years of experience in product management or engineering and 5+ years of experience in management consulting or business strategy/ operations/ planning.
  • Experience working in a consumer focused technology company.
  • Proven ability to track, prioritize, and drive multiple concurrent projects to success.
  • Utilize data and metrics to understand underlying trends and identify course corrections.
  • Excellent written & oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Lead and influence across multiple levels and multiple functions of an organization
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter. You thrive in a fast-moving environment and are independently capable of seeking information and delivering results without direction.
