Our client is looking for a startup-minded Senior Strategic Partnerships Director with business development experience to help increase market share by building a strategic relationship and new partners.

Your success in this role will require you to operate effectively as a stellar salesperson and an extraordinary problem solver, project manager, and team player.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Own all stages of the partnership sales process
  • Game-plan and execute an account strategy to deliver maximum revenue potential
  • Drive the full sales cycle to attain new partners: make introductory calls, assess business goals through qualifying, work with business owners and close the deal.
  • Prospect for potential partners through internet research, social media, cold calling, cold walk-ins, and real-world networking
  • Walk new partners through the setup process while transitioning them to the Account Management team Serve as an expert on the company’s brand and industry
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals
  • Proactive daily CRM input to manage and organize your pipeline

Your qualifications must be:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales or business development experience
  • Understanding the decision making a structure in mid-size to large companies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record: you’re a consistent top performer and have excelled throughout your career
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized and able to manage a large pipeline of prospective clients
