Sezzle’s mission is to financially empower the next generation. We’re looking for an analytical, process-oriented, and seasoned sales leader to bring our sales organization to the next level.

You'll work closely with Sezzle’s Chief Revenue Officer to implement tools, utilize data, and refine processes to optimize our sales organization. We are seeking a strong leader to scale our sales team and help us continue our mission.

What You'll Do

  • Manage our inside and outside sales teams
  • Assist in closing deals generated by our sales and marketing teams
  • Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process
  • Accurately forecast merchant signings and revenue
  • Source and optimize data to improve account planning, target setting, and forecasting
  • Assist in identifying key market growth opportunities
  • Ongoing reporting and performance management
  • Provide ongoing reporting to sales, finance, and marketing, as well as Sezzle’s senior leadership
  • Assist in the design of compensation plans, quotas, and short-term incentive programs
  • Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products

What We Look For

  • 8+ years of experience with 2+ years in sales management
  • Experience in sales forecasting
  • Expert proficiency in Salesforce.com
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement sales processes and infrastructure
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration with finance and marketing
  • Strength in managing a team and developing individual contributors
  • Passion for pioneering innovative, highly effective tools & processes
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets
  • Proficiency in Salesloft is a plus

Because 67% of consumers under the age of 30 have sub- or non-prime credit scores, we use a proprietary algorithm over traditional credit checks to determine credit worthiness, enabling more consumers to get approved.
